Hold a Masters degree in either Business, Strategy, Systems Thinking, Management or related field.
3-5 years in strategic planning, organisational development, systems design or strategic consulting sector.
Empathetic: Understand the challenges faced by online learners
Organised & proactive: Able to manage time and responsibilities independently
Tech-confident: Comfortable navigating online learning platforms
Student-focused: Passionate about helping students succeed
Flexibility to work sessional part-time: hours typically ranging from 4-8 per week.
A Master's degree or higher in Strategic Management, Systems Thinking, or a related field.
Proven experience in teaching or curriculum development for online courses.
Strong understanding of educational technologies and online teaching methodologies.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to foster a collaborative learning environment.
Experience with student assessment and providing effective feedback.
Commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with industry trends.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic team.
