Requirements
- 5+ years of data analysis experience in an industry setting
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related field
- Strong SQL proficiency with experience in complex queries
- Experience in working with cloud data warehouses and modeling analytic views
- Strong experience defining metrics and developing actionable dashboards
- Experience developing automated analytic solutions involving scripting
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated project ownership and ability to manage project milestones independently
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Technology, Operations, Product, and other teams to provide business insights
- Become an expert in diverse data sources and work with Data Engineers and Data Scientists
- Partner with Data Engineering to build a scalable analytics metrics database
- Conduct quantitative analyses to identify trends in care experience and utilization
- Create and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports for stakeholder visibility
- Complete time-sensitive ad hoc data requests ensuring high data quality
- Guide stakeholders on reporting logic, metric development, and data limitations
- Build automation and self-service analytics solutions using data tools
