Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or user experience strategy, with at least 4 years in a leadership or head-of-role.
  • Proven experience designing for digital products at scale (fintech, crypto, super apps, payments, or e-commerce experience preferred).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating deep expertise in design strategy, user journeys, and end-to-end product design.
  • Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
  • Deep understanding of human-centered design, accessibility principles, and responsive design.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile/scrum environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate into design insights.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to influence executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Product Solution Design function under Global Product team.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Product Designers, UX/UI Designers, Design Researchers, and UX Writers.
  • Advocate for design excellence and user-centric thinking across all levels of the organization including Coins Payment, Crypto Trading and other products.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business teams to ensure holistic and cohesive product experiences.
  • Oversee the end-to-end design process, from discovery and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.
  • Implement design systems, frameworks, and tools that drive consistency and efficiency at scale.
  • Champion design thinking and research-led innovation, integrating user feedback and data into all design decisions.
  • Ensure designs are accessible, inclusive, and optimized for all platforms (mobile, web, etc.).
  • Own the entire user journey and experience lifecycle, identifying pain points and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to measure user satisfaction, usability, and design impact.
  • Drive initiatives to improve user onboarding, engagement, conversion, and retention through superior design.
  • Act as the voice of the user in strategic discussions and decision-making forums.
  • Effectively communicate design vision, strategies, and updates to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous learning within the design team and beyond.
