Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or SaaS delivery roles.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and JSON.
  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, SAP Commerce, or similar.
  • Familiarity with search, recommendation, or personalization systems (e.g., Elasticsearch, Solr, or SaaS discovery tools).
  • Ability to analyze logs, debug integrations, and troubleshoot API or data-related issues.
  • Strong consulting mindset with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience facilitating client workshops, technical discussions, and solution walkthroughs.
  • Nice to have: exposure to tag managers, personalization systems, or multi-brand commerce environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end technical implementation of product discovery solutions from project kickoff through go-live and post-launch transition.
  • Collaborate with solution architects to confirm scope and ensure accurate delivery of committed features and use cases.
  • Guide clients in product feed modeling, ingestion, validation, and optimization for optimal search and discovery performance.
  • Support implementation of tracking and event instrumentation using web SDKs and pixels for behavioral data collection.
  • Advise and support API integration for search, recommendations, and storefront functionality across client environments.
  • Configure and validate dashboard settings, merchandising rules, and system integrations to align with business objectives.
  • Manage go-live readiness using structured checklists, ensuring performance, data accuracy, and system stability.
  • Support post-launch stabilization, issue resolution, and formal handover to support or customer success teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify risks, resolve technical issues, and improve implementation processes.
  • Contribute to documentation, best practices, and product feedback to enhance future delivery quality.
