  • Advanced English level (C1 required).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and digital sales tools.

  • Strong results orientation with a proactive and self-motivated mindset.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Availability to travel within the United States when required.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in group sales and event-based experiences.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including outreach, proposal creation, negotiation, contract closure, invoicing, and post-sale follow-up.
  • Build and maintain a strong and consistent pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
  • Advise clients on tailored experience configurations based on their needs and objectives.
  • Serve as the primary commercial point of contact throughout the entire sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper execution and delivery of sold services.
  • Support business development initiatives, networking activities, and promotional campaigns.
  • Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
