Requirements

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or channel management roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English and a local language, with the ability to clearly convey and present information.
  • Ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and close deals with mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and execution discipline.
  • Basic analytical, mathematical, and data entry skills with proficiency in computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with sensitivity to stakeholder needs and the ability to build trust-based relationships.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 50%) and adapt to a dynamic working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of supplier and vendor strategies by implementing targeted business development initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with channel partners and vendor stakeholders to support business growth and collaboration.
  • Oversee end-to-end sales operations including credit management, order processing, and accounts receivable collections.
  • Maintain pipeline accuracy, forecasting, and inventory coordination to ensure strong operational and sales performance.
  • Support market expansion efforts by learning from senior team members and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with partners to enhance sales capabilities through coaching, enablement, and hands-on deal support.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to organize technical and sales training on new products and technologies.
