Requirements
- Professional physician experience in clinical diagnosis, treatment planning, patient care management, medical documentation, compliance, or healthcare operations
- Background in one or more areas such as primary care, internal medicine, family medicine, hospital medicine, emergency medicine, specialty care, or clinical advisory work
- Familiarity with medical workflows involving patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, documentation, follow-up care, and clinical compliance
- Comfort reading and preparing medical artifacts such as clinical notes, patient summaries, treatment plans, discharge materials, diagnostic explanations, and care documentation
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment
- MD, DO, or equivalent physician qualification is strongly preferred
- Active or prior medical licensure, board certification, board eligibility, residency training, or specialty training is highly relevant depending on project scope
- Clinical practice experience, medical teaching, healthcare quality work, or documentation review experience is also valuable
- Familiarity with EHRs, clinical guidelines, medical documentation standards, patient safety workflows, care pathways, or compliance-related medical review
- Experience preparing or reviewing clinical notes, treatment plans, diagnostic summaries, patient cases, care recommendations, or medical review materials
- Interest in medical AI, clinical decision support, healthcare data quality, or clinical workflow evaluation
- Strong attention to detail in clinical, patient-facing, and documentation-heavy healthcare environments
Responsibilities
- Review medical scenarios involving clinical diagnosis, differential diagnosis, treatment planning, patient history, symptoms, and care decisions
- Evaluate clinical outputs against source materials, medical standards, patient context, and documented review criteria
- Support structured review of clinical notes, case summaries, diagnostic reasoning, treatment recommendations, and patient management workflows
- Identify missing clinical context, reasoning gaps, documentation issues, and expected physician review outcomes
- Review scenarios involving patient care management, follow-up planning, care coordination, clinical documentation, and compliance-related medical workflows
- Evaluate medical documentation for clarity, accuracy, completeness, and alignment with clinical expectations
- Support structured review of EHR-style notes, care plans, discharge summaries, patient summaries, and clinical communication materials
- Prepare clear written feedback based on source materials and verifiable clinical criteria
- Review medicine-related tasks and deliverables based on real-world physician workflows
- Provide domain-specific feedback on clinical accuracy, patient safety, diagnostic reasoning, and communication quality
- Support evaluation workflows involving AI-generated clinical summaries, care recommendations, documentation outputs, and medical reasoning
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and professional judgment across submitted work
