Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling, client flow, and virtual operations.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and company policies.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Promote special offers, upgrades, or additional services when appropriate.
- Generate leads and support sales initiatives through customer interactions.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
