  • Ability to communicate ROI and business value in a clear, compelling way.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and accountable for both activity and results.
  • Competitive mindset with a strong drive to win and exceed targets.
  • Experience with dealership operations or automotive retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through high-volume outbound outreach including calls, email, and social selling to automotive dealerships.
  • Engage key decision-makers such as General Managers, Dealer Principals, and ownership groups to understand needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Conduct structured discovery calls and product demonstrations focused on measurable business outcomes and ROI.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through negotiation and closing, ensuring strong deal progression.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting using Salesforce and related sales tools.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue targets in a performance-driven environment.
