- Proven success in outbound prospecting and closing deals in a high-volume sales environment.
- Strong cold-calling ability with confidence in engaging and influencing decision-makers.
- Excellent discovery, objection handling, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to communicate ROI and business value in a clear, compelling way.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and accountable for both activity and results.
- Competitive mindset with a strong drive to win and exceed targets.
- Experience with dealership operations or automotive retail is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through high-volume outbound outreach including calls, email, and social selling to automotive dealerships.
- Engage key decision-makers such as General Managers, Dealer Principals, and ownership groups to understand needs and present tailored solutions.
- Conduct structured discovery calls and product demonstrations focused on measurable business outcomes and ROI.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through negotiation and closing, ensuring strong deal progression.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting using Salesforce and related sales tools.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue targets in a performance-driven environment.
