Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with strong focus on growth, monetization, or conversion optimization.
- Proven experience managing subscription-based or freemium SaaS/B2C funnels.
- Strong UX intuition with the ability to identify friction points and optimize user journeys for conversion and clarity.
- Solid understanding of monetization strategies, pricing psychology, and feature gating approaches.
- Strong analytical skills, including cohort analysis, LTV modeling, funnel metrics, and statistical testing.
- Experience working closely with engineering and design teams to deliver rapid experiments and product iterations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate hypotheses, results, and trade-offs to diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, outcome-based roadmaps, and backlog prioritization.
Responsibilities
- Design, own, and continuously optimize the monetization strategy, including free-to-paid journeys, upgrade flows, pricing pages, and feature gating mechanisms.
- Define subscription models, trial structures, and pricing tiers aligned with user behavior, market dynamics, and business objectives.
- Run A/B tests and experimentation programs across pricing, packaging, and conversion flows to improve LTV, retention, and revenue performance.
- Balance short-term monetization gains with long-term user trust, engagement, and brand credibility.
- Own a monetization-focused product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on impact and clearly communicating trade-offs to stakeholders.
- Partner with design, engineering, marketing, and data science teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact product experiences.
- Leverage analytics, user feedback, and market insights to generate hypotheses and iterate quickly on monetization strategies.
- Collaborate with AI and data teams to identify new monetization opportunities enabled by generative AI and personalization.
