Requirements

- Proven ability to align cross-functional teams with a compelling product vision
- Experience working closely with engineering and design teams
- Data-driven approach with the ability to define and track key product metrics
- Strong communication skills for various organizational levels and contexts
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers and UX designers.
- Own the prioritization and scheduling processes for product and feature work.
- Define and articulate the product roadmap based on market opportunities and customer insights.
- Serve as the final authority for the quality and integrity of all apps and products.
- Act as an internal evangelist for the product and its users, ensuring proper representation at the leadership level.
- Build partnerships with Engineering and Marketing to ensure successful project launches.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate based on user feedback and metrics.
- Collaborate with executives on strategic planning, addressing capacity and priorities.
