Requirements
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. state
- 6+ years of legal experience
- Significant in-house experience focused on product law, data privacy, or technology law (preferred)
- Background in technology, talent assessment platforms, or professional services/workforce solutions (strongly preferred)
- Experience in improving and operationalizing legal processes in a high-growth environment with successful cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent business judgment with the ability to balance risk-reward, providing pragmatic advice while enabling business growth
- Interest in leveraging AI and defining legal frameworks for emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
- Counsel on the risks and opportunities of proposed commercial actions, translating complex legal considerations into practical, solution-oriented guidance.
- Own all legal aspects of deal processes and engagements with customers, leveraging insights across Commercial Law, Product & Pricing Strategy, and Data Ownership.
- Partner with go-to-market leaders and finance teams to negotiate enterprise-level customer agreements that enhance sales cycles and capacity.
- Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams on innovation and operational delivery.
- Contribute to an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives drive better outcomes and champion equitable interview experiences.
