Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive assistant within the luxury travel or hospitality industry
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-focused attitude and the ability to build strong relationships
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents including detailed itineraries
- Coordinate and organize client meetings, ensuring all logistics and materials are handled efficiently
- Assist in itinerary planning and development to support luxury travel experiences
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism at all times
- Act as a liaison between clients and travel advisors as well asthird-party vendors to ensure smooth communication and coordination
- Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of of the company, prioritizing urgent matters
- Support administrative tasks such as expense reporting, invoice tracking, and database management
