Requirements
- 9+ years in software development and 4+ years in technical leadership
- Hands-on experience applying AI in live product environments, working with systems that are actively used and continuously evolving
- Strong background in scalable distributed systems
- Active use of LLMs, agents, or automation in real-world systems
- Comfortable working across the stack, with a solid understanding of modern web architectures
- Experience working in cloud environments (AWS or similar)
- High ownership and execution mindset
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
- Fluent English communication
- Experience in fintech or digital financial products
Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of LLM and agent-based architectures
- Design systems for high concurrency (voice, chat, event-driven)
- Improve orchestration, observability, and control layers
- Solve real production challenges: latency, stability, cost
- Drive an AI-native engineering culture
