Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; relevant experience may substitute for formal education
- 5–8+ years of revenue cycle experience with strong project/program management focus
- Experience driving operational transformation, process improvement, and system implementations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and ensure accountability across teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong follow-through and accountability mindset
- Proficiency in Excel and project tracking tools
- Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in healthcare or operations
- Exposure to revenue cycle processes (not required)
- Experience with tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet
Responsibilities
- Maintain a centralized tracker of all revenue cycle transformation initiatives
- Ensure all projects have defined owners, timelines, and next steps
- Monitor progress and proactively follow up on outstanding deliverables
- Coordinate and facilitate weekly and monthly project meetings
- Prepare agendas, capture notes, and document action items
- Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion
- Partner with operations, technology, and analytics teams to ensure alignment
- Serve as a coordination point between stakeholders
- Escalate risks, delays, or blockers to leadership
- Prepare regular status reports and dashboards
- Highlight key risks, dependencies, and areas needing attention
- Support executive-level summaries and updates
- Standardize templates and tracking tools
- Maintain organized project documentation
- Support implementation of structured program management processes
