Requirements
- 15+ years in Oracle ERP experience with 7+ years in Finance
- Expertise and consulting field experience across several Oracle Fusion Financial modules, such as: General Ledger, Payables/Receivables/Fixed Assets, Cash Management & Expenses, Tax Automation & Configuration, Financial Reporting (SmartView, Financial Reporting Studio, Fusion Analytics Warehouse), Accounting Hub and Subledger Integrations
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable, future-ready Oracle Cloud ERP Financials solutions aligned to industry and Oracle leading practices
- Proficiency with relevant Oracle utilities, tools and middleware
- Excellent communication, documentation, and client management skills
- Comfortable working in the defense industry
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Oracle certifications in Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies (preferred)
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation methodologies, such as Oracle Unified Method (OUM) or Oracle Application Implementation Methodology (AIM) (preferred)
- Background in aerospace, automotive, defense, or manufacturing industries (preferred)
- Familiarity with other enterprise systems including MES, PLM (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and architecture of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions withing the Finance business
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs
- Provide guidance and expertise on the configuration, customization, and extension of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications to meet specific user needs
- Configure, test, and deploy Oracle Cloud Financials modules, supporting all phases of the project lifecycle
- Guide business process optimization and transformation in the context of Oracle Cloud
- Develop solution blueprints, process flows, gap analysis, and technical documentation
- Conduct technical feasibility assessments and provide recommendations for system enhancements, upgrades, and migrations
- Collaborate with development, integration, and security teams to ensure adherence to architectural designs and standards during the development lifecycle
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and provide timely resolutions
- Stay up to date with the latest Oracle Fusion Cloud releases, features, and industry trends to provide proactive recommendations and enhancements
- Support cutover, UAT, and production deployment, ensuring business readiness
