Requirements
- Graduated from Computer Engineering or a similar department
- at least 5 years of experience in software development
- proficient in Python
- knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and transformation
- familiar with the machine learning life cycle
- hands-on experience with agent and LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., Strands SDK, Google ADK, LangChain / LangGraph)
- familiarity with LLM observability tools (e.g., Langfuse)
- good knowledge of software development lifecycle best practices (Agile Methodologies, Coding Standards, Code Reviews, Resource Management, Development Processes, Deployment, Testing, and Operations)
- experience with AWS or other cloud services
- advanced English skills
- Kubernetes knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities
- design, prototype, implement, and maintain scalable AI systems powered by LLMs and Foundation Models
- build agentic AI applications — multi-step LLM workflows with RAG, tool/function calling, and structured outputs
- design and run evaluation pipelines to measure and improve agent quality (LLM-as-judge, regression testing, safety/red-team evaluation)
- collaborate with frontend, product, and other engineering teams to design API contracts and deliver end-to-end features
- monitor the performance, latency, cost, and SLAs of AI systems in production
- provide technical leadership and drive the necessary infrastructure or architectural changes
