Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in software engineering or fullstack development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and modern backend frameworks (Spring Boot preferred).
- Frontend technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, or similar.
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of fullstack application architecture.
- Ability to contribute to both backend and UI work as needed.
- Familiarity with responsive design and frontend best practices.
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience or familiarity with Figma for collaborating with design teams and implementing UI designs.
- Exposure to modern UI/UX workflows and component-based design systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable fullstack applications with a primary focus on Java backend development.
- Build and enhance frontend/UI components as needed to support product initiatives.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Work with Figma designs and mockups to implement responsive and functional interfaces.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across both backend and frontend layers.
- Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Contribute to CI/CD processes, testing strategies, and deployment workflows.
- Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.
