Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or supply chain transformation roles.
  • Strong domain knowledge across supply chain functions such as planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, inventory, or order management.
  • Experience in client-facing consulting or solutioning roles, ideally supporting presales or implementation programs.
  • Strong expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience contributing to RFPs, proposals, solution presentations, or consulting frameworks.
  • Familiarity with supply chain transformation programs involving ERP, planning systems, analytics, or digital platforms.
  • Strong analytical thinking with ability to structure complex business problems and define clear solutions.
  • Knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques including user stories, functional specs, use cases, and fit-gap analysis.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, or similar documentation/design tools.
  • Exposure to platforms such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder, or similar solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, IT, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end presales activities including RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, solution narratives, effort estimation, and delivery approach definition.
  • Collaborate with sales, architects, and delivery teams to create compelling client presentations, business cases, and solution materials.
  • Participate in client discovery sessions, workshops, demos, and solution walkthroughs to understand business needs and define requirements.
  • Lead business analysis activities including requirements gathering, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and functional specification development.
  • Translate business challenges into user stories, process flows, business rules, and scalable solution designs.
  • Support future-state process design, operating model definition, and supply chain transformation initiatives.
  • Work with technical and functional teams to define integration, data, configuration, testing, and deployment requirements.
  • Assist in UAT planning, test case development, defect analysis, and business validation activities.
  • Contribute to KPI definition, reporting, and analytics requirements for supply chain visibility and decision-making.
  • Engage with stakeholders across business, IT, and leadership levels to facilitate alignment and structured decision-making.
