Requirements
- Experience in functional requirements gathering and analysis
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum)
- Strong interaction with business stakeholders and product teams
- Knowledge of customer service flows and user journeys
- Experience with chatbot or conversational flow analysis
- Experience with functional testing and QA strategies
- Knowledge of BDD (Gherkin) for test scenarios
- API testing experience (Postman or Insomnia)
- SQL knowledge for data validation
- Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements from business stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear functional rules and system behaviors
- Analyze impact on customer service flows, channels, and digital journeys
- Ensure traceability between requirements, development, and test cases
- Support definition of acceptance criteria for features and enhancements
- Collaborate with business, technology, and customer service (SAC) teams
- Analyze customer service journeys, including chatbot and conversational flows
- Support QA activities, including test planning and execution (functional, regression, UAT, exploratory)
