Requirements

  • Experience in functional requirements gathering and analysis
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum)
  • Strong interaction with business stakeholders and product teams
  • Knowledge of customer service flows and user journeys
  • Experience with chatbot or conversational flow analysis
  • Experience with functional testing and QA strategies
  • Knowledge of BDD (Gherkin) for test scenarios
  • API testing experience (Postman or Insomnia)
  • SQL knowledge for data validation
  • Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements from business stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into clear functional rules and system behaviors
  • Analyze impact on customer service flows, channels, and digital journeys
  • Ensure traceability between requirements, development, and test cases
  • Support definition of acceptance criteria for features and enhancements
  • Collaborate with business, technology, and customer service (SAC) teams
  • Analyze customer service journeys, including chatbot and conversational flows
  • Support QA activities, including test planning and execution (functional, regression, UAT, exploratory)
