Requirements
- Higher education degree in Information Technology or related field (minimum 360 hours).
- Postgraduate degree in IT or equivalent specialization is required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working with data engineering, analytics, BI, ETL processes, or data warehousing environments.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, relational and analytical databases, and data modeling concepts.
- Familiarity with technologies related to Big Data, Data Quality, MDM, and reporting/visualization tools is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) or Professional Scrum Developer (PSD) are a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively in complex technical environments.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business needs and technical requirements in collaboration with product owners, analysts, architects, and database specialists to ensure alignment between business goals and data solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain technical artifacts such as data models, flows, interfaces, and system documentation supporting ETL, BI, DW/DM, Big Data, MDM, Data Quality, and Analytics solutions.
- Build and evolve data solutions including dashboards, analytical reports, monitoring tools, and structured data repositories to support business intelligence and decision-making.
- Participate in agile development teams, planning sprint deliverables, estimating tasks, and ensuring timely execution of backlog items while proactively identifying risks and impediments.
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing within the team to ensure proper understanding of implemented systems and their relationship with business requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, ensuring high-quality delivery standards and alignment with architectural guidelines.
