Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or BI Analyst working with data-driven environments.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical and data specifications.
- Experience analyzing datasets, data volume, and performing cross-data analysis.
- Basic understanding of data modeling concepts and data structures.
- Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and data flows.
- Experience interacting with technical teams such as Architecture, DevOps, and Engineering.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and structured IT service environments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Interest or hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence applied to data and analytics contexts.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear and structured data and technical requirements.
- Analyze datasets, tables, and end-to-end data flows to support discovery and solution design processes.
- Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to help define scalable and efficient data solutions.
- Use generative AI tools and copilots to accelerate analysis, exploration, and insight generation.
- Act as a key interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to ensure alignment.
- Support prioritization and structuring of demand based on business value and technical feasibility.
- Ensure adherence to data best practices, governance, and alignment with technical standards across initiatives.
