Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in application design, development, configuration, and support, including at least 3+ years in SAP environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP development using ABAP and related tools.
- Experience with SAP modules such as SD, ECC, S/4HANA, C4C, or NetWeaver is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of SAP UI5, WebDynPro for ABAP, and web-based or .NET integration technologies.
- Experience developing and integrating SAP systems with external platforms and services.
- Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise system architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and lead small to large development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical SAP solutions.
- Perform detailed analysis and design of SAP systems based on functional and business needs.
- Develop technical specifications, solution designs, and accurate effort estimates for SAP development activities.
- Configure, customize, and develop SAP applications using ABAP, SAP UI5, and related technologies.
- Support master data processes including preparation, cleansing, migration, and validation activities.
- Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Identify system improvements, propose enhancements, and support continuous optimization of SAP solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to resolve integration, system, and data-related issues.
- Provide technical leadership on complex projects and guide development best practices.
- Mentor and support junior SAP developers, sharing knowledge and expertise.
