Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant experience in analytics product ownership or business intelligence roles may be considered in place of formal education.
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-focused roles with stakeholder-facing responsibilities.
- Strong experience working across business, engineering, and data teams to deliver analytics products.
- Hands-on expertise with BI tools (Power BI preferred) and dashboard development.
- Ability to translate business problems into structured analytics requirements and data solutions.
- Strong understanding of business metrics, KPIs, and how they support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with data governance, privacy principles, and self-service analytics is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Engage with internal stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize enterprise analytics and data requirements across business functions.
- Own and manage the analytics product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements, including epics, features, and user stories for development teams.
- Oversee the design and delivery of dashboards, reports, and curated datasets to enable self-service analytics.
- Collaborate closely with data engineering and analytics engineering teams to ensure accurate, scalable, and reliable data products.
- Drive adoption of analytics tools through training, enablement, and change management initiatives.
- Define and track key performance metrics for analytics products and continuously improve based on user feedback and usage insights.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, governance, and security standards across all analytics solutions.
