Requirements

  • Proven experience building and scaling consumer products at significant scale, ideally in fintech, lending, or credit environments
  • Experience at Director level or equivalent (Group/Lead/Principal PM ready to step into executive scope) with prior people management responsibilities
  • Strong ability to define product strategy from scratch and drive alignment across cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of business metrics including revenue, profitability, retention, and credit-related performance indicators
  • Comfortable operating in high-growth, ambiguous environments requiring fast, high-impact decision-making
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to combine data-driven decision-making with user-centered product thinking
  • Experience collaborating with executive leadership and influencing company-wide direction
  • Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution when needed

Responsibilities

  • Own the P&L for a large core product portfolio, including lending and non-lending financial products such as cash advance, savings, budgeting, and AI-driven tools
  • Define and execute the product strategy, pricing, and packaging across multiple interconnected product lines
  • Lead the transformation from a single-product transactional model to a multi-product financial ecosystem with strong user retention
  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision that aligns teams and reinforces a consistent user narrative
  • Drive product-led growth strategies to complement marketing and credit-driven acquisition efforts
  • Serve as the strategic voice of the user, bridging product, credit policy, UX, and business objectives
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product organization, including managers and senior ICs
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, credit, marketing, and finance to align roadmap decisions with business outcomes
