Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 8–12 years of experience in software development, including senior or lead-level responsibilities
  • Strong expertise in .NET, C#, React, and JavaScript
  • Solid experience with SQL databases and Azure cloud technologies
  • Proven ability to design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software solutions
  • Experience working in complex, multi-vendor or enterprise environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in healthcare or PBM environments is an asset
  • Strong mentoring mindset and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of complex full-stack applications using .NET and React
  • Provide technical leadership across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
  • Collaborate with vendors, architects, and internal stakeholders to define technical solutions and delivery plans
  • Guide development teams in reducing technical debt and improving system architecture and performance
  • Conduct code reviews, quality assurance checks, and ensure adherence to engineering best practices
  • Lead root cause analysis and resolution of critical production incidents
  • Develop standards, frameworks, and guidelines to improve development consistency and efficiency
  • Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers to enhance team capability and knowledge sharing
