Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8–12 years of experience in software development, including senior or lead-level responsibilities
- Strong expertise in .NET, C#, React, and JavaScript
- Solid experience with SQL databases and Azure cloud technologies
- Proven ability to design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software solutions
- Experience working in complex, multi-vendor or enterprise environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in healthcare or PBM environments is an asset
- Strong mentoring mindset and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of complex full-stack applications using .NET and React
- Provide technical leadership across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
- Collaborate with vendors, architects, and internal stakeholders to define technical solutions and delivery plans
- Guide development teams in reducing technical debt and improving system architecture and performance
- Conduct code reviews, quality assurance checks, and ensure adherence to engineering best practices
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution of critical production incidents
- Develop standards, frameworks, and guidelines to improve development consistency and efficiency
- Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers to enhance team capability and knowledge sharing
