Job Details

7+ years of experience in product design with a strong focus on UX/UI
Proven ability to design end-to-end product experiences beyond visual design alone
Strong UX capabilities including user flows, problem-solving, and interaction design
High-level UI craft with strong visual attention to detail
Experience building and scaling design systems in complex product environments
Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic product thinking
Strong collaboration skills with product and engineering teams
Ability to work autonomously in a remote, distributed, and cross-timezone setup
Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Nice to have: experience in Web3, crypto, motion design, illustration, or front-end development fundamentals

Lead end-to-end product design, from user research and ideation to prototyping and final UI delivery
Identify and validate user needs through research, testing, and iterative design approaches
Translate product requirements into clear, intuitive, and scalable design solutions
Design high-quality, responsive user experiences across web and mobile platforms
Create pixel-perfect interfaces with strong attention to layout, typography, hierarchy, and interaction detail
Build, maintain, and evolve a scalable and consistent design system
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing teams to align design with business goals
Conduct design QA, iterate based on feedback, and ensure consistency across product and brand touchpoints
Contribute to supporting visual assets such as print materials, illustrations, and marketing design when needed
