Responsibilities
- Guide and develop a remote team of researchers who identify various data related to OpenData while following compliance and quality standards.
- Design data production processes and drive process and technology improvements.
- Be fully responsible for your team's performance (efficiency and quality).
- Lead a team with a headcount of 50+
- Implement impactful quality and efficiency projects
- Build a dynamic, proactive, and high-performing team
- Own your team’s KPIs and its performance
- Collaborate with the engineering teams on process automation
- Escalate all risks and incidents early and unambiguously
