Requirements
- Doctorate degree and 4 years of marketing and/or commercial experience
- Master’s degree and 7 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree and 9 years of marketing and/or commercial experience
- Extensive experience in Oncology and understanding of market trends
- 8+ years of commercial experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
- Strong analytical, financial, and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent leadership and people management capabilities
Responsibilities
- Partner with Senior Leadership to define early oncology pipeline commercial strategy.
- Assess external innovation and business development opportunities with R&D and global marketing.
- Support portfolio investment decisions in coordination with the Enterprise Portfolio Governance.
- Develop commercial frameworks and business cases for early-stage assets.
- Build a best-in-class commercial function for oncology early pipeline strategy.
