Requirements

  • Doctorate degree and 4 years of marketing and/or commercial experience, or Master’s degree and 7 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree and 9 years of marketing and/or commercial experience.
  • Extensive experience in Oncology and understanding of market trends.
  • 8+ years of commercial experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent leadership and people management capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Senior Leadership to define early oncology pipeline commercial strategy.
  • Assess external innovation and business development opportunities with R&D and global marketing.
  • Support portfolio investment decisions in coordination with the Enterprise Portfolio Governance.
  • Develop commercial frameworks and business cases for early-stage assets.
  • Build a best-in-class commercial function for oncology early pipeline strategy.
