- Tech setup: fast computer, stable internet (Octane Speed 20,000+), a backup plan for outages, and a headset
- Sales, quality, or audit experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own Potential Infraction Calls
- Review High-Risk Call Reviews (sales over specific dollar amounts)
- Review Refunded Call Reviews
- Create Quality Infractions
- Ensure every rep completes assigned training
