Responsibilities
- Provide on-the-road assistance to drivers, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Respond to inquiries and support requests through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Maintain accurate records of driver interactions and support activities.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of driver issues.
- Monitor and track the status of drivers and their shipments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure driver satisfaction.
