Job Details

Background in instructional design, learning experience design, curriculum development, or related fields
Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate, Storyline, Captivate, or similar platforms
Proven ability to design and deliver digital learning programs across multiple formats (eLearning, virtual training, video, labs)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret learner data and optimize learning experiences
Experience managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible learning content
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote, distributed team environment
Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies

Design, develop, and maintain scalable digital learning experiences, including self-paced eLearning and virtual instructor-led training
Create engaging educational content across formats such as modules, videos, presentations, labs, and assessments
Build structured learning paths that support certification, accreditation, and user enablement programs
Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with product updates
Develop interactive, hands-on training experiences that simulate real-world applications
Analyze learner data and performance metrics to continuously improve course effectiveness and engagement
Support instructors and stakeholders with clear documentation, training materials, and delivery guidelines
Maintain consistency in instructional design standards, visual identity, and learning methodologies
Manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders in a distributed, asynchronous work environment
