Requirements

  • Extensive experience in UX Research, ideally across both product and marketing/brand research domains.
  • Strong command of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, with the ability to select the right approach for each problem.
  • Experience working on enterprise software, developer tools, or highly technical product environments is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide them toward evidence-based decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex research into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, iterative, and globally distributed remote environments.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple research streams simultaneously.
  • Ability to quickly ramp up in complex technical domains and understand developer-focused ecosystems.
  • A collaborative mindset aligned with continuous learning, experimentation, and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end UX research initiatives across product, brand, and marketing domains, including foundational, evaluative, and strategic studies.
  • Conduct mixed-methods research (qualitative and quantitative) to understand user behaviours, pain points, workflows, and motivations in complex technical environments.
  • Drive research that informs product design, positioning, messaging, buyer understanding, and digital experience optimisation.
  • Synthesize insights across multiple studies to uncover broader patterns and actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Partner closely with Product Design, Product Management, Brand, and Marketing to guide research framing and ensure actionable outcomes.
  • Communicate findings clearly and persuasively, tailoring insights for technical, commercial, and executive audiences.
  • Mentor other researchers and contribute to improving research practices, documentation standards, and cross-team collaboration.
