Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- Minimum 10 years direct experience in marketing of medical devices (preferably cardiology) and/or pharmaceuticals, or other highly regulated industry
- Superior communication skills, verbal and written
- Proven team leadership and development
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Ability to be a self-starter, seek new and better methods, and work with minimum supervision
- Demonstrates deep expertise in high-level quality systems best practices
- Ability to collaborate within a Team environment and across functions
- Capability to discern relevant facts and in turn, effectively resolve issues by making good decisions (compliance, quality, integrity, ethics, and critical thinking ability)

Responsibilities
- Participate with a cross-functional team to identify, prioritize, develop and execute our new product pipeline
- Develop a collection of powerful patient, provider and payor messages, proof points, evidence and stories to inspire belief, create awareness, drive loyalty and advocacy, recognize innovation and compel a change in the standard of care
- Partner with our clinical affairs team to create compelling marketing materials, tools and programs highlighting our powerful real-world evidence
- Work with marketing communications to drive national and targeted brand awareness, generate actionable leads and collaborate with the commercial sales organization to develop and convert leads
- Develop comprehensive strategies and industry relationships to accelerate market share capture and market expansion
- Partner with the marketing communications team to Identify and execute our participation, content and promotional strategy for trade shows and conferences, ensuring that the right audiences are engaged, while optimizing the impact and spend
- Work closely with our training and education team in the development and delivery of content for our commercial sales organization
- Manage market and competitive intelligence and positioning strategies to optimize share, revenue and profitability
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Marketing, Sales, R&D, Finance, Operations, Regulatory, Executive Team, Legal and People Operations
