- Fluent German (mandatory)
- Fluent English (B2-C1)
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Background in concierge, lifestyle management, hospitality, travel or service delivery
- Passion for dining, travel and premium lifestyle services
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where not everything is fully defined yet
- Hands-on attitude, curiosity and motivation to go the extra mile for members
Responsibilities
- Manage overnight lifestyle requests, including dining, retail and premium experiences.
- Handle limited travel-related requests such as hotel bookings and car hire.
- Create tailored recommendations and well-written solutions for members using TEN’s internal tools.
- Communicate confidently and professionally with members, primarily in German.
- Act proactively to enhance the member experience by suggesting relevant additional options.
- Collaborate closely with international lifestyle teams to ensure continuity of service.
- Contribute to building and shaping a brand-new corporate team environment.
