Requirements
- Fluent Russian language.
- Fluent English at C1 level.
- Experience working in a startup-like environment: limited resources, fast pace, and short feedback loops.
- Experience coordinating marketers, agencies or freelancers.
- Hands-on funnel owner: you can set direction, brief and manage contributors, and personally execute high-leverage work when needed.
- Ability to design core marketing systems: funnel structure, automation, tracking, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills - you are good with numbers.
- Structured thinking.
- Clear communication in spoken and written form (towards stakeholders as well as marketing audiences).
- Strong self-organization.
- Attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize key lead gen opportunities (strategies, channels, campaigns) and discard the rest.
- Proactively suggest and test high-impact growth marketing approaches that could improve lead quality, funnel conversion, and revenue.
- Plan marketing activities, then execute the plan together with the internal marketing team and external specialists.
- Set and achieve growth, lead gen and revenue KPIs.
- Measure, understand and report on what worked and what not.
- Own and improve the B2C funnel from awareness to lead and purchase, including ad campaigns, lead magnets, landing pages, email sequences, and marketing materials.
