Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in OFSAA ERM implementations
- Strong functional knowledge of Basel frameworks (Credit Risk, Market Risk, Capital Adequacy)
- Strong functional knowledge of Liquidity Risk (LCR, NSFR, ALM concepts)
- Hands-on experience with OFSAA modules: LRM (Liquidity Risk Management)
- Hands-on experience with OFSAA modules: Basel / Regulatory Reporting
- Understanding of banking data models and financial instruments
- Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder communication
- Knowledge of SQL and data analysis is a plus
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Basel II / III / IV and Liquidity Risk Management
- Implement and configure OFSAA modules, especially: Liquidity Risk Management (LRM), Basel Regulatory Reporting
- Translate regulatory requirements into functional specifications
- Work closely with technical teams on data mapping, data models, and rule configurations
- Perform gap analysis and suggest optimal OFSAA solutions
- Support data sourcing, staging, and reconciliation processes
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validation cycles
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., LCR, NSFR)
- Provide post-implementation support and enhancements
- Prepare documentation (BRD, FRD, test cases, SOPs)
