Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in QA/QC, ideally within energy storage, manufacturing, or construction environments.
- Familiarity with quality control methodologies (e.g., Lean, 5S).
- Proficiency with ERP and Quality Management databases.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Inspections and Test Plans (ITP) for equipment installation, commissioning, and manufacturing milestones.
- Identify, flag, and document defective materials or workmanship, and track corrective actions (NCRs) to completion.
- Prepare, oversee, and maintain turnover documentation, quality audits, and weekly/monthly project quality reports.
- Partner with Project Managers and subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
- Perform RCA on quality issues to prevent recurrence.
