Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in QA/QC, ideally within energy storage, manufacturing, or construction environments.
  • Familiarity with quality control methodologies (e.g., Lean, 5S).
  • Proficiency with ERP and Quality Management databases.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Inspections and Test Plans (ITP) for equipment installation, commissioning, and manufacturing milestones.
  • Identify, flag, and document defective materials or workmanship, and track corrective actions (NCRs) to completion.
  • Prepare, oversee, and maintain turnover documentation, quality audits, and weekly/monthly project quality reports.
  • Partner with Project Managers and subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
  • Perform RCA on quality issues to prevent recurrence.
