Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally in SaaS or EdTech environments
  • Strong ability to translate technical product features into clear value propositions and messaging
  • Proven experience leading or contributing to GTM strategy and product launches
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management skills
  • Ability to use both qualitative insights and quantitative data to guide decisions and measure success
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills tailored to diverse audiences (technical, business, and education stakeholders)
  • Deep empathy for educators and understanding of K–12 learning environments is highly valued

Responsibilities

  • Lead GTM strategy for new products and categories, including positioning, naming, pricing, and market definition
  • Develop messaging and campaign strategies for core platform offerings and curriculum products across multiple education segments
  • Serve as the primary bridge between Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment across roadmap, adoption, and revenue goals
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and persona development focused on the elementary education ecosystem
  • Build sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, case studies, battlecards, and ROI tools to support field teams
  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that drive engagement and adoption
  • Monitor market feedback and performance data to refine positioning and optimize GTM effectiveness
