Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in marketing roles
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including content marketing, paid media, SEO, and social media strategies
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt tone across channels and audiences
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4 and social media reporting platforms
  • Experience or familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools is a plus
  • Interest in AI tools and emerging technologies and how they can enhance marketing workflows
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and execution-focused mindset with a strong sense of accountability
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta, or LinkedIn Marketing are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Plan, draft, and schedule engaging social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Medium, and Substack using scheduling tools
  • Support multi-channel marketing campaigns by ensuring accurate setup, execution, and tracking across digital platforms
  • Create and maintain UTM parameters to ensure clean data tracking and consistent campaign performance reporting
  • Assist in the setup and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta
  • Manage and resolve assigned tasks through Jira, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and timely completion
  • Pull and compile performance reports from GA4, LinkedIn, Meta, and social scheduling tools to support marketing insights and decision-making
  • Translate creative briefs into structured prompts for AI tools, refining outputs to align with brand tone and quality standards
  • Support event coordination activities, including timelines, vendor coordination, and post-event reporting and recaps
  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and smooth execution of campaigns across channels
