Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in marketing roles
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including content marketing, paid media, SEO, and social media strategies
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt tone across channels and audiences
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4 and social media reporting platforms
- Experience or familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools is a plus
- Interest in AI tools and emerging technologies and how they can enhance marketing workflows
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and execution-focused mindset with a strong sense of accountability
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta, or LinkedIn Marketing are a plus
Responsibilities
- Plan, draft, and schedule engaging social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Medium, and Substack using scheduling tools
- Support multi-channel marketing campaigns by ensuring accurate setup, execution, and tracking across digital platforms
- Create and maintain UTM parameters to ensure clean data tracking and consistent campaign performance reporting
- Assist in the setup and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta
- Manage and resolve assigned tasks through Jira, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and timely completion
- Pull and compile performance reports from GA4, LinkedIn, Meta, and social scheduling tools to support marketing insights and decision-making
- Translate creative briefs into structured prompts for AI tools, refining outputs to align with brand tone and quality standards
- Support event coordination activities, including timelines, vendor coordination, and post-event reporting and recaps
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and smooth execution of campaigns across channels
