Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of customized training plans for individual accounts.
  • Facilitate engaging virtual instructor-led training sessions and onsite training.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer goals and challenges.
  • Design and execute Train-the-Trainer programs for customer teams.
  • Collaborate with Customer Education Specialists to maintain training assets.
  • Analyze and improve existing content based on feedback and performance data.
  • Manage instructional design projects from conception to delivery.
