- Proven facilitation skills in virtual and classroom settings.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
- Proficiency with eLearning and content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% for onsite training.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of customized training plans for individual accounts.
- Facilitate engaging virtual instructor-led training sessions and onsite training.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer goals and challenges.
- Design and execute Train-the-Trainer programs for customer teams.
- Collaborate with Customer Education Specialists to maintain training assets.
- Analyze and improve existing content based on feedback and performance data.
- Manage instructional design projects from conception to delivery.
