  • Experience working with distributed or remote teams
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Process-driven mindset with a focus on efficiency and systems
  • Ability to identify bottlenecks and proactively solve workflow issues

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end flow of creative projects, from intake to final delivery
  • Coordinate communication between clients and design teams to ensure alignment
  • Track project timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple initiatives
  • Organize and maintain systems for efficient job trafficking and workflow management
  • Review incoming requests and assign tasks based on team capacity and deadlines
  • Ensure quality control and consistency before delivering final assets to clients
  • Optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and turnaround times
  • Work closely with marketing and creative teams to support campaign execution
