Job Details

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a SQL Specialist / Developer / Support or in a similar role
Strong expertise in T-SQL, with the ability to write and optimize complex queries
Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server (SSMS, SSIS)
Solid understanding of data structures and relational database models
Experience in designing and creating databases, tables, views, and stored procedures
Ability to map, reconcile, and validate data across multiple systems
Experience in data troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and data quality assurance
Very good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
Experience in supporting end users in a professional environment (technical or BI support is a strong plus)
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a practical approach to problem-solvin
Fluent English (C1 level) is essential

Provide technical (BI) support to end users (1st and 2nd line), ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Analyze and resolve system integration issues to guarantee seamless data flow across platforms
Monitor API integrations and proactively ensure data integrity and completeness
Investigate root causes of data inconsistencies and implement effective solutions
Identify recurring issues and document them to drive continuous improvement
Manage and support EDI communications across multiple manufacturing sites
Maintain and enhance integrations between ERP systems and SaaS solutions
Design and develop automated workflows using the BPA platform
Set up proactive alerts and notification systems to detect and prevent failures before they happen
