Requirements
- Graduates or postgraduates from top technical universities in Europe (especially in CEE)
- Background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning, or related fields
- Strong academic achievements; participation in programming or science competitions (e.g., Olympiads, ACM ICPC, Kaggle) is a plus
- Foundational understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing
- Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar
- High motivation to relocate for 12 months to China and work in a multicultural, fast-paced R&D environment
- Solid English skills and a collaborative mindset
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with international teams to develop and test LLM-based solutions
- Assist in research and prototyping of AI tools in NLP, generative AI, and related fields
- Contribute to data preparation, model training, evaluation, and optimization
- Learn from experienced researchers and gradually take on more independent responsibilities
