Requirements
- At least 4+ years of consulting experience leveraging the Salesforce platform, its ecosystem and other emerging technologies.
- Minimum two Salesforce certifications.
- Proficiency in English
- Be willing to travel to UK, Ireland or Nordic countries up to 8 days per month to collaborate directly with clients and wider project teams.
- Ability to articulate the value of Salesforce as a platform in business to a non-technical audience in a clear and compelling fashion.
- Experience in designing and delivering solutions in the Salesforce ecosystem – including but not limited to core Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing) and leading ISV solutions.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills; must be articulate and persuasive.
- Demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
- Strong business analysis, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Capable of prioritising and multi-tasking in a dynamic environment.
- A track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- The ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, global team environment.
- Experience on face to face with clients, including running workshops and delivering presentations.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional expertise and leadership in one or more business domains – e.g. Sales Effectiveness, Marketing Automation, Service Excellence, Customer Portal – leveraging the Salesforce platform and its ecosystem.
- Provide functional expertise in one or more target sectors e.g. Life Sciences/Pharma, Insurance, Technology, Telecoms.
- Lead business analysis of client’s current and to-be processes to define system/ technology requirements using best practice and focus on maximising use of OOTB components.
- Drive functional/application designs and ensure technology solutions represent current and future business requirements.
- Support/lead the workstream to capture user requirements, conduct user reviews and run stakeholder alignment meetings.
- Independently communicate with both client technical teams and business stakeholders as needed during the design and implementation.
- Support the scoping, shaping and delivery of bids and proposals, winning and delivering on the customer and digital transformation engagements.
