Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience (supported by a portfolio) in UX/UI design for web, desktop, and mobile applications
- Proficiency in creating wireframes and designing user interfaces
- Advanced knowledge of Figma / Photoshop / Illustrator or other graphic design programs (Adobe CC suite is a plus)
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technology and business teams
- Strong aesthetic sense and creativity
- Diligence and independence in managing assigned tasks
- English language proficiency at a minimum of C1 level
- Understanding of the value of Design Systems
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS

Responsibilities
- Designing wireframes based on user needs
- Collaborating with the team at various stages of the design process
- Structuring and functional design of applications
- Working with project managers to deliver solutions that meet user needs
- Assisting in the creation of graphic proposals, specifications, and project descriptions for developers, as well as collaborating with developers during the application development and testing phases
- Designing interfaces using design patterns
- Ability to argue and justify design decisions
- Developing consistent UX standards
- Continuously improving our products
- Designing interfaces (Mobile/Web)
- Creating prototypes
- Ensuring the proper implementation of graphic designs (collaborating with frontend developers)
- Working with ready-made components and expanding the brand’s Design System
