Requirements
- Experience in a project coordinator, project administrator, or similar support role
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Experience supporting project financial tracking and reporting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting healthcare or payer-related projects
- Exposure to Facets or system migration initiatives
- Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar)
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments
Responsibilities
- Support project managers with day-to-day administrative activities across the project lifecycle
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of project resources, including access requests and documentation
- Maintain and track project financials, including budgets, forecasts, and expense reporting
- Prepare and distribute project status reports, meeting notes, and documentation
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including stakeholder communications and calendar management
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and action items to ensure alignment with project goals
- Assist in maintaining project documentation, including plans, trackers, and reporting tools
- Support communication across cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment
- Help identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies as needed
