Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, or sales within financial services, data, analytics, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets in complex client environments.
  • Strong understanding of data, analytics, software, and financial services ecosystems.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience managing complex contracts.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline and forecasting management.
  • Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic financial services clients, driving adoption, retention, and expansion of solutions and services.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison, coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and services.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client objectives and long-term business goals.
  • Drive revenue growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities across a suite of data, analytics, and software solutions.
  • Lead regular client engagements including weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews and executive briefings.
  • Negotiate complex contracts and manage sales pipelines, forecasting, and revenue tracking using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product, legal, finance, and operations to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
  • Gather and communicate client feedback to influence product development and enhance customer experience.
