Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, or sales within financial services, data, analytics, or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets in complex client environments.
- Strong understanding of data, analytics, software, and financial services ecosystems.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience managing complex contracts.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline and forecasting management.
- Ability to travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic financial services clients, driving adoption, retention, and expansion of solutions and services.
- Serve as the primary client liaison, coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and services.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client objectives and long-term business goals.
- Drive revenue growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities across a suite of data, analytics, and software solutions.
- Lead regular client engagements including weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews and executive briefings.
- Negotiate complex contracts and manage sales pipelines, forecasting, and revenue tracking using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product, legal, finance, and operations to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
- Gather and communicate client feedback to influence product development and enhance customer experience.
